The BioMath Solutions programming team has developed a number of transformational data analysis tools; including miRNA analysis software used by the leading molecule instrument companies, innovative data presentation software, and the leading gene network discovery tool that simplifies viewing and interpreting data. These tools allows biologist to easily access their results using an intuitive interface, focusing on their results and not the software. We have experience developing algorithms to solve some of the most complex issues facing biologists/companies today: gene network modeling, microarray analysis, pattern recognition techniques, signal processing and applying these to high throughput data, and the development of code for handling and analysis of large data sets can revolutionize your discoveries.
